Catered a birthday Party for Ivana's daughter. It was a fantastic celebration. We roasted a whole lamb and Chef Damion carved it on site. We served chicken shawarma skewers, roasted redskin potatoes, picatta pasta w/ portabella mushrooms and a roasted vegetable medley.
